If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return all unworn and undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags (attached to the item) and packaging and no evidence of wear, stain or odour should be on the item(s). Any item(s) returned that has failed to comply with the criteria will result in the return being rejected and goods being sent back to the customer(s). 

Upon receiving your returned package, you will be eligible for a refund or exchange, excluding the original cost of postage and packaging.

Please note that we DO NOT offer free returns.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packaged well in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend you use a traceable returns service and ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We only offer exchange for a different sizes for all UNWORN, UNDAMAGED items within 30 days of shipment date.

International orders are sent out with royal mails international tracked and signed service and take approximately 3-5 working days Europe and rest of World in 6-7 business days, some international order are subject to import fees depending what country you are delivering the parcels from.

OTHER:

- Ensure that all clothes are washed inside out

- Use cold water preferably at a temperature of 30 degrees 

- Iron at low heat with fabric placed on top e.g. wet towel

- Avoid drying with a tumble dryer

- Wipe down with a warm cloth and avoid use of washing machine
